President of the Senate, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Ahmed Lawan has described the ascension of High Chief Lekan Balogun into the stool of Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oyo State as an honour well deserved.
Lawan felicitated Balogun in a congratulatory message he personally signed and directed to the new monarch.
