Residence of ancient city of Ibadan, Oyo State are in shock as video trending on various social media platforms revealed how the Nigerian soldiers manhandled a traffic policeman who is believed to be a sister security partner.
Nigerian ?? Soldiers pounced on traffic policeman on Saturday 8th January, 2022 at Ring Road axis of Ibadan, the capital of pacesetter state.
Colleagues of policeman being manhandled by soldiers condemned the treatment and called for justice.
Naijatodaynews as at the time of filing this report had not ascertained the reason that triggered the maltreatment being meted on the policeman.
Meanwhile, frantic efforts were made to speak with the Public Relations Officer(PRO), Nigerian Army, Odongbo Cantonment, Ibadan in order to ascertain the veracity of the matter but all to no avail.
Several calls were put across to him mobile line till 10:49am, Sunday, January 9, 2022 but he neither picked nor called back.
