With a view to chatting a road map towards having a united and prosperous Okeho. Okeho Development Youth Forum(ODYF) in Okeho, Kajola Local Government, Area of Oyo State has begun its awareness rally in preparation for 1st Okeho Youth Day holding tomorrow, Saturday, January 8, 2022.
The Head of Media and Publicity, Comrade Abdwasii Ismaheel while speaking with naijatodaynews.com.ng disclosed that it is no more a speculation nor grapevine that Okeho Youth Day would take place.
He stressed that the 2-day programme had started with the awareness rally, while the youths under the umbrella of ODYF would tour round the nooks and crannies of Okeholand to keep the entire indigenes abreast of the development and positive happenings in the community.
Comrade Ismaheel maintained that tomorrow’s programme would hold at LA Basic School, Olele Okeho with the theme” Okeho Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow” that is aimed at uniting the community for a common goal and the Guest Speaker remains a seasoned and inspirational speaker, in person of Mr Timothy Amosun.
The Head of Media and Publicity said that Okeho Youth Day celebration had become an annual event that is specifically designed to unite the entire youths of the noble town regardless of of religions and political affiliations.
He therefore called on youths and entire indigenes at home and in the diaspora to throng the colorful event in order to attain the expected outcome.
