Oyo: Elero Of Ileroland Eulogizes Makinde, Indigenes Over Permanent Restoration Of Peace & Security In Ancient Town, Environs

The Elero of Ilero Land, Iwa Local Council Development Area(LCDA) in Kajola Local Government, Area of Oyo State, Oba Wasiu Oyedele Saka has lavished encomiums on Governor Seyi Makinde and indigenes, over their painstaking and concerted efforts that culminated in restoration of permanent peace in the ancient town and its environs.

The Monarch, while speaking with Editor, naijatodaynews.com.ng, Khalid Imran eulogized the Governor and indigenes whose patriotic efforts and utmost concern yielded the redemption of laudable security and guaranteed peace in the community and its environs.

Oba Oyedele Saka maintained that, it is without equivocation that the efforts and leadership roles of Governor Makinde had birthed permanent peace in Ilero Land.

He reiterated that the Governor’s hard work, Local Government Chairman in conjunction with the traditional rulers had fruitfully led to attainment of harmony in the community.

In the same vein, HRM commended the community’s indigenes who through out of security lapses’ period maintained their patriotism, love and feelings towards the protection of lives and properties.

The monarch maintained that the active roles they played also warranted the current stability of peace in the community and its environs.

He however assured that the last ugly happenings of kidnappings, banditry and Fulani herdsmen’s clashes with the farmers had become things of the past in the community.

Having guaranteed these, The Monarch called on indigenes who are in the diaspora to make constant visit to Ilero Land an important engagement now, stressing that lives and properties are better secured in the community.

He stressed that there are countless and plain hectares of land to accommodate investors and investments of different varieties, reiterating that they should not nurse any phobia in respect of their plans to invest at home.

On the other hand, Oba Oyedele Saka commemorated with the indigenes on the forthcoming annual occasions of Christmas and new year respectively, wishing them happy christmas and new year in advance.

He called on those in abroad to make home where the festive season would be happily celebrated with the families, assuring them that no need to panic as maximum security is guaranteed.
