As part of the commitment to bring an end to crimes and social vices in Egbeda Local Government Area and our communities. The Executive Chairman of Egbeda Local Government, who also doubles as the ALGON Chairman in Oyo State,Hon. Sanda Lajue presented a brand new Nissan Micra to DSP, Mr. Lawrence Ehindero, the Divisional Police Officer (D.P.O) Alakia-Adelubi Police Station.
Hon. Sanda while addressing news men after the presentation stated that he wants a serene and crime free environment for indigents In Egbeda Local Government.
“You will recall that I also presented motorcycles for the men of the Egbeda Local Government Joint Security Network. These comprised of the local security forces with blend of the traditional ones, the combined of both the factional Oodua People’s Congress (OPC), the Agbekoyas, the VGN, Local Hunters etcetera”.
The council boss also hinted they had earlier donated sets of brand-new generators to more than 2 police station in Egbeda Local Government Area. To provide power energy for their use in case of power outage or absence of the electricity.
