The Oyo State Government under His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde FNSE has once again bestowed a prestigious award of Excellence on the Oyo State Road Transport Management Authority (OYRTMA) through one of its Officers, Commander Akintunde Alake Adenike for her exemplary service to the State.
The unprecedented award, presented by the Executive Governor of the State, Engr. Seyi Makinde at the 2020 Oyo State Productivity Day held at the University of Ibadan underscores the tremendous achievement of the Authority under the leadership of the Executive Chairman, Mogaji Akin Fagbemi PhD.
The Governor seized the opportunity to reiterate his support for the Authority and other MDAs within the Oyo State Civil service. He equally spurred men and officers of the Authority to remain committed to the service of the State whilst pledging prompt payments of salaries and other emoluments.
In his congratulatory message to the officers and management of the Authority, the Executive Chairman, Mogaji Akin Fagbemi PhD said the special award is a result of the coordinated and concerted efforts of all members of the OYRTMA family towards improved service delivery and effective flow of traffic across the 33LGAs of the State. He thanked the Executive Governor for his tremendous support for the Authority and promised that the officers and men of the Agency would see the Award as a challenge to do more for the State.
