Dotun Sanusi Charges Nigerian Players As Mini African Football Cup Of Nation Tournament Commences

The Chief Executive Officer, CEO Ilaji Hotel & Sports Resort, Engr Dotun Sanusi has charged Nigerian Players who will be taken part at Mini African Football Cup of Nation Tournament to approach the game with the spirit of sportsmanship and determination to lift the trophy.

Sanusi’s pieces of advice were coming barely some hours to the commencement of the tournament billed to hold at Ilaji Sport Centre, Oloyo Village, Akanran, Ibadan, Oyo State.

Ilaji CEO and Okanlomo Oodua said the long waited football tournament had been scheduled for commencement and it is incumbent upon Nigerian players to regard determination, focus and readiness as the antidotes to score countless goals and subsequently lift the trophy.

Sanusi said there were other players of other countries whose aims and objectives are equally premised on scoring the highest goals and win the trophy, adding that Nigerian players’ discipline and other prerequisites of engagement will eventually make them triumph.

He enjoined them to set the record straight by having more goals and win the trophy, saying an accomplishment, records in this regard will no doubt facilitate unexpected opportunities and goodies at the end of the tournament.

In another vein, Sanusi advised the players not to mind their respective backgrounds and beginnings which seem as impediments to their fortunes and breakthroughs, but were charged to be focused, determined and disciplined to succeed in life.

CEO mentioned Christian Ronaldo as an example whom despite his poor background became a football living legend today, adding that Ronaldo’s uncommon determination, optimism, discipline and focus had earned him famous and affluence across the globe.

He charged them to do away with life enticements which are capable of derailing and delaying them from attaining the desired results.
