The 40-year-old man, Olalere Afeez Adebare, of Babasale Compound, Ilua, Kajola Local Government, Area of Oyo State had after completion of Masters Degree in Agronomy been passionately engaged in frying of cassava flakes and other agricultural activities to make ends meet.
The 40-year-old man, who had at his tender age involved in agriculture developed passion and interest in the farming profession with a view to feeding himself, others and equally becomes an employer of labours.
Adebare who originates from Oyo State but established his Cassava Flakes’ outfit at KI 4 Ife-Ondo road Pele in Ondo City, Ondo State acknowledged his engagement in personal frying of cassava flakes and other agricultural activities.
The Agriculturist who ran his Masters Degrees in Agronomy between 2018-2021, at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State disclosed in an exclusive interview that he without minding the seeking of white collar job engaged in agricultural business in order to feed himself, families, others and also engages in establishment of Agricultural Institute where those interested in farming business will be trained.
However, Adebare lamented that he has been battling the challenges which are characterized as inadequate of tractorable lands for his commercial farming business, financial constraints, insecurity and lack of interested farming staff among others. Calling on governments at all levels to come to his aid so as to continue in his act of feeding the nation.
On educational background, he had his masters degree in Agronomy between 2018-2021, at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State.
B.Ed in Agricultural Science, in 2015, Obafemi Awolowo Ile-Ife, Osun State (Adeyemi Chapter, Ondo State). Agric Double Major in 2007 at the Federal College of Education, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Secondary education was acquired at Ilua Community Grammar School in 2003, while he had his primary education at Ansar-U-Deen Primary School, Ilua in 1997.
