Despite the failure of Afolabi Olabisi popularly known as ‘Olabat’ of Ward 12, Ibadan Southwest Local Government, Oyo State to clinch the councillorship ticket, under the Peoples Democratic Party for the next Local Government election slated for Saturday, May 15, she had returned all glory unto God.
Olabat, despite failure and inability to get the councillorship ticket under PDP, appreciated God, Governor Seyi Makinde and party leaders across the state for their firm insistence to move the party forward.
According to her,”all glory ascribed unto greatest and supreme God. He is the one who bestows honour, power and wisdom to human”
“I appreciate the leading leader from Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde for the good work His Excellency is doing in Oyo State, the party state excos, my local government, my ward excos, my political leaders across the state, women wing of the party, my families and friends for your love, support and care towards my aspiration”.
“I accept the decision of the party in good faith and l pray for the growth”.
