The Special Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on Egbeda/OnaAra Federal Constituency(Liaison Office), Hon.Akinolu James Adegboyega popularly known as ‘Akin Oosa’ has congratulated Governor Seyi Makinde on his firm stance that precipitated the free and fair conduct of People’s Democratic Party’s(PDP) primaries for the forthcoming Local Government election in Oyo State.
Akin Oosa equally hailed Abdul Ningi’s led electoral committee for his ability, readiness and total loyalty to conduct the transparent, free and fair primary election which produced candidates for the next Local Government in the pacesetter state.
Akin Oosa while speaking with the crew of naijatodaynews.com cheered Governor Seyi Makinde for his openness, unbiasedness and firm stance which ultimately culminated into conduct of acceptable, transparent and fair election in Oyo State.
The Liaison Officer maintained that the free conduct of last PDP’s primaries for LG election has shown that Makinde remains a true democrat and adherent of rule of law who believes in a transparent election to form government and governance.
Akin Oosa appreciated the State’s Electoral Committee led by Abdul Ningi for producing the party candidates to be featured in the subsequent Local Government election which the Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission, OYSIEC fixed to Saturday, May 15.
While congratulating them, Akin Oosa has congratulated Hon Musbaudeen Sanusi Shabba and Hon Sikiru Sanda on their emergence as party candidates for OnaAra and Egbeda Local Governments respectively.
He added that the duo’s emergence was no doubt premised on their performances in a little time spent in offices and their abilities to key into Makinde’s blueprints.
He commended them and enjoined them to refrain from mentality of winners take all.
