Hon. Musbaudeen Sanusi Adesina (Shaba), the current Caretaker Chairman, Ona-Ara Local Government, Area of Oyo State has emerged winner of Local Government Election primaries conducted today.
In an election conducted at the local government secretariat in Ibadan, Shaba was said to have won the primaries with wide margin.
The returning officer for the election, Wale Kareem announced Hon Musbau Shaba as the PDP winner for the local government election who will be slugged it out with other political parties’ candidates in an election slated to May 15 by Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission(OYSIEC).
In his appreciation, Shaba appreciated those who ensured his emergence at the polls and stretched hands of governance of inclusiveness to other aspirants.
Shaba added that other aspirants should join him in the task ahead, so as to coast home to victory at the Local Government election slated to May 15.
