The Caretaker Chairman of Ona-Ara Local Government, Hon. Sanusi Musibau Adesina, a.k.a SHABA has said that oneness remains an antidote that keeps members of People’s Democratic Party, PDP together in the entire LG and beyond.
Shaba stated this today in his office, while hosting the entire Peoples Democratic Party leaders,Exco, and stakeholders in Ona-Ara local government; who were on a courtesy call.
In his remarks, the Chairman of the Party in Ona-Ara Local Government: Hon. Isaiah Mosobalaje Bakare. Gave thanks to the Almighty God for the Grace given to the party to be a ruling party in the state and local government, he said this is our government and the party is also proud of the State Governor: Engr.Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde and Caretaker Chairman: Hon. Sanusi Musibau for not disappointing the party.
He advised everybody present to shun politics of bitterness, and embraced peace,and support the present government in Ona-Ara local government.
He prayed for the success of the present administration in Ona-Ara local government. The PDP families in Ona-Ara local government had earlier paid a courtesy call on Okanlomo Oodua designate,and Otun Apesin Ola of Ibadanland, Chief Engr. Dotun Sanusi,also doubled as the Chairman of ILAJI HOTEL & SPORTS RESORT, Akanran.
According to the Chairman of the party, he said the purpose of their visit, is to felicitate Engr.Sanusi for the new year, and also to appreciate him for his unflinching support to the local government, most especially in the area of development, job creations, hospitality, sports development and poverty alleviation.
They all prayed that God will continue to bless him,and his family and that he will not die young.
While responding, Chief Engr. Dotun Sanusi appreciated the party for their coming, he said all Glory belongs to God, he said he is in support of the present government in Oyo state,under the leadership of Engr. Seyi Abiodun Makinde( FNSE) and Ona-Ara local government, under the able leadership of His brother from another mother, Hon. Sanusi Musibau (SHABA).
He stated further that, since his arrival in Ona-Ara local government, he has never seen a responsive government like that of the present Chairman: Hon.SHABA. He said he had been closely monitoring various developmental projects and activities of the present administration,and he could see the spirit of readiness to service.He congratulated the party for been in power and urged them to embrace peace among themselves and shun all grievances that can affect the party,both at the state and local government.

Hon.Adeniran Adekola(Youth Leader of the party in Ona-Ara L.G) Hon. Taiwo Ibrahim,Hon. Kehinde, Alh. Jinadu, Hon. Buliamu(immediate past legislature of Ona-Ara Local government), Chief Oyadiran,Chief Badeku, Alh. Wasiu(Secretary of PDP in Ona-Ara local government. and others.
