Tejumade Babalola, a sister to Oyo State Deputy Majority Leader for the State House of Assembly (Hon. Sunkanmi Babalola) has been reportedly kidnapped in Ibadan by the suspected gun men.
Teju was said to have been kidnapped at Monatan, Ibadan, the capital of the state on Monday, December 21 while coming from her shop.
Report had it that Teju was on her motor on a sad day when the suspected gun men in a motor hurriedly packed at her side, shot sporadically to the air and forced her into the motor.
Since her kidnap by the unknown gunmen, the family member who spoke under the condition of anonymity said that the suspected kidnappers had reached out to the family and demanded for #20M ransom for her subsequent release
He said efforts that can’t be disclosed for her whereabouts were in progress
