Chief Adebayo Adelabu, Oyo State All Progressives Congress(APC) candidate for 2019 general elections has on Wednesday, October 14 paid a surprised visit to Ibadan based politician and chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Adebisi Olopoeyan at his Bashorun residence in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.
Adelabu, who celebrated his 50th birthdate in company of Olopeniyan and others in Ibadan was said to have gone to the strong politician barely two weeks after the later celebrated his golden age.
The financial expert who has not been hiding his love, admiration and cherish for Olopoeyan, an opposition leader whom he described as someone who usually accommodates all regardless of religious and political disparities.
Sequel to Olopoeniyan’s generosity, philanthropy, political exposure and other possession of many leadership qualities, Adelabu had once described him as ‘ Light ‘ which every individual needs for a walk.
The purpose of the meeting between the duo has not been revealed as the time of filing this report.
