The Lawmaker representing Saki West at the floor of Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Femi Julius Okedoyin has felicitated with mulim faithful on the occasion of this year’s Eid-El-Kabir.
While congratulating the Muslim adherents in his release he personally signed and made available to naijatodaynews.com, enjoined them to observe all coronavirus pestilence’s protocols as the festivity goes on.
The Saki born parliamentarian felicitated with the adherents in Oyo State, Nigeria and world at large, stressing that people need to celebrate the periodic festivity cautiously amidst the ravaging coronavirus pandemic.
The Lawmaker enjoined Muslims to follow and adhere strictly to moral, social and general religious teachings associated with the celebration of Eid-El-Kabir.
Stressing that Muslims need to observe and celebrate the festivity in line with the religious guidelines and procedures that would fetch them many rewards.
Okedoyin enjoined them to use the occasion of the festivity to pray against the ravaging coronavirus pandemic and other obvious challenges bedeviling the unity and progress of Oyo State and Nigeria at large.
On reality of Covid-19, the lawmaker substantiated the reality of coronavirus disease which he acknowledged had crippled the business activities and other notable things in the state and the country in total.
As celebration goes on, Okedoyin admonished Muslims and other well wishers to observe the protocols associated with prevention and further spread of the pandemic.
He prayed for governments at all levels, religious leaders, community advocates and others,that Allah would grant all their heart-desired wishes and requests.
Okedoyin called on people of the state to have firm belief in Governor Seyi Makinde’s led administration whom he described as a God sent Samaritan to deliver on good governance.
