The Oyo State Road Transport Management Authority (OYRTMA) under the current leadership of Dr Akin Fagbemi Stephen has collaborated with Special Adviser on Diaspora Affairs to the Executive Governor of the State, Hon. Bolanle Sarumi-Aliyu in providing opportunities for Oyo State indigenes who for one reasons or the other have to return home from several parts of the world.
OYRTMA Boss disclosed this in a release he personally signed and made available to naijatodaynews.com after he had received the audience of SA on Diaspora Affairs in his office in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.
In his words,”earlier today, The Executive Chairman, Oyo State Road Transport Management Authority (OYRTMA), Mogaji (Dr.) Akin Fagbemi Stephen received a working visit, Hon. Bolanle Sarumi-Aliyu, Senior Special Adviser on Diaspora Affairs to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde”.
“Discussions centered on how the department of Diaspora Affairs could effectively partner OYRTMA in the specific area of providing opportunities for Oyo State indigenes who for one reason or the other have to return back home from several parts of the world where some have been subjected to various degrees of inhumane conditions, harsh and hostile work environments”,Fagbemi concluded.
