The Appeal Court sitting in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State has declared the State Government the winner of the legal issue instituted by the All Progressives Congress (APC) over the rightful and legal occupiers of Local Government Secretariats.
In its judgement,”The Court held that the case of the Respondents (ALGON) was speculative and that the Oyo State’s case is distinguishable from the Ekiti State’s case”.
“ALGON has lost the case to Oyo State Government.
