The Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde has approved the promotions of workers in the State Civil Service who are due for advancements between 2017 to 2019.
In a circular letter which was directed to the Deputy Governor and other concerned quarters, issued and personally signed permanent Secretary, Civil Service Commission, D.O. Olatunde requested the list of eligible staff in Ministries, Departments and Agencies for promotions within the years under reference with projected financial implications.
PS added that” the returns on yearly basis are expected to reach the office of the Chairman, Civil Service Commission on or before close of work on Friday, June 5th, using the attached format in soft and hard copies in Microsoft Excel Package”.
The concerned workers lavished encomiums on the Governor for considering it noteworthy to approve the promotions that were tactically delayed by last administration.
