The minority leader and former speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Asimiyu Alarape has expressed shock over the demise of Commissioner For Environment And Natural Resources and former speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Kehinde Ayoola.
Rt Hon Kehinde Ayoola died on Thursday morning in Ibadan, Oyo State after a brief illness.
Alarape commiserated with the family of the deceased commissioner, the government and people of Oyo State and pray Almighty God to give them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Alarape in his statement said, “I received with shock the sudden death of former speaker of the 4th Assembly and Hon Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources Rt Hon Kehinde Ayoola. He was a prolific writer, seasoned politician, a farmer and family man.
“He will be greatly missed. May his gentle soul rest in the bossom of the Lord. May Allah grant his immediate family and all of us his friends and associates the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. Goodnight Kenny, ejire ara isokun.
