The Chief Medical Director, University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, Prof. Jesse Abiodun Otegbayo has said that the hospital will commence the distribution of hospital’s customized face masks to staff today 11th of May, 2020.
Otegbayo disclosed this in a release issued on ‘Update on Diagnosed Cases of Covid-19 in UCH, Ibadan’ by the hospital’s Media Team and made available to Naija Today News on Monday, May 11th, 2020.
In its words,”The hospital will commence the distribution of UCH’s customized face masks to staff today 11th of May, 2020″.
” The CMD, Prof. Jesse Abiodun Otegbayo disclosed this and said other protective equipment will also be distributed to key officials in critical areas of our operations”.
” Similarly, UCH designed and branded face shields will also be launched today at the hospital’s foyer”.
“The hospital also reiterates that as at Sunday, 10th May, 2020, no new case of COVID 19 was reported in the hospital. Efforts are in top gears to sustain the level of preparedness for the fight against COVID 19.
“The University College Hospital, Ibadan will continue to render excellent care and services to all our patients. The Hospital equally enjoins everyone to abide by the required infection prevention and control measures such as physical distancing, regular hand washing, use of hand sanitizers & face masks.
