The National Vice Chairman of North East chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Salihu Mustapha, has revealed that only the Court of Appeal can reinstate the suspended Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as the national chairman of the APC.
In a reaction to the order of Justice Lewis Allagoa of the Federal High Court, Kano State who set aside an earlier judgment of Justice Danlami Senchi, sacking Adams Oshiomhole as National Chairman of the
Mustapha while addressing newsmen, declared that the order of Justice Senchi can only be reversed by a Court of Appeal, noting that both the Kano and FCT High Courts are of coordinate jurisdiction.
